Gaudet named as MHL Forward of the Month

FROM THE MHL Truro, N.S. (February 5, 2026) – The Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) is pleased to name the awards for January with the Top Forward, Top Defenseman, and Top Goaltender.
Top Forward – Anthony Gaudet (Amherst Ramblers) – The 19-year-old from St-Ignace, N.B. has been named the MHL’s Top Forward for the second month in a row. Gaudet led all players with 22 points in ten games in January, including a league-best fourteen assists to go with his eight goals. Entering February, Gaudet was eleven points clear of Pictou County’s Logan Crosby for the MHL scoring lead with 71 points in 40 games for Amherst. He leads the league in assists (51), shorthanded goals (6), and shorthanded points (8). Gaudet is also fourth in powerplay assists and powerplay points.
