Peddigrew Joins Ramblers from QMJHL

Amherst, NS – September 14, 2025 — The Amherst Ramblers are excited to announce that forward Ty Peddigrew will be joining the team for the 2025–26 Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) season.

Peddigrew, 18, joins the Ramblers after spending last two seasons with the Newfoundland Regiment of the QMJHL (formerly the Acadie-Bathurst Titans). The dynamic forward was originally selected by Amherst in the second round of the 2025 MHL Entry Draft, and now brings major junior experience and a high compete level to the Ramblers’ lineup.

Peddigrew is known for his speed, strong puck protection, and playmaking ability. With a solid two-way game and a high hockey IQ, he is expected to play an immediate role as the Ramblers push forward into the regular season.

The Amherst Ramblers organization extends a warm welcome to Ty and his family, and looks forward to seeing him in purple and white when he arrives in Amherst on Monday.
