Ramblers Acquire Siletsky

The Amherst Ramblers have acquired 18 year old forward Alexandre Siletsky and future considerations from the Markham Royals for 20 year old forward Steven Klinck.
In February, Steven left Amherst during one of the Covid shutdowns to explore other opportunities in the US.
“Following his season in the US Steven informed us he’d be going to school in the Toronto area. We were fortunate to find a trade partner and feel we received good value given the circumstances.”
In 38 games with Markham as a 17 year old Siletsky had 11 points last season.
“He’s an aggressive forward with skill that already has a year of OJHL experience. Watching him on video he’s got a lot of upside offensively and competes.”
Alexandre will be attending OHL training camp with the Ice Dogs in Niagara and will join the Ramblers if released.
