Ramblers Add Forward Thomas Gagnon from Victoriaville

Amherst, NS – August 25, 2025 — The Amherst Ramblers are pleased to announce the acquisition of forward Thomas Gagnon from the Victoriaville Tigres of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).

Gagnon, a native of Plessisville, Quebec, brings major junior experience and a strong two-way game to the Ramblers’ forward group ahead of the upcoming Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) season.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pound center appeared in 95 career games over two seasons with Victoriaville. During the 2024–25 QMJHL season, Gagnon registered 8 goals and 10 assists for 18 points in 54 games, while also recording 24 penalty minutes. He showed notable development from his rookie campaign in 2023–24, where he posted 3 goals and 4 assists over 41 games.

Thomas will be joining the team for training camp on the 27th of August.
