Ramblers Roar Back
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Miramichi, NB — November 30, 2025 — The Amherst Ramblers delivered a statement performance on Sunday night, earning a decisive 6–2 victory over the Miramichi Timberwolves at the Miramichi Civic Centre. It was a complete effort from start to finish, showcasing strong structure, balanced scoring, and a determined response on the road.
From the opening puck drop, the Ramblers set the tone by pressuring the Timberwolves in all three zones. Amherst’s forecheck created early chances, while disciplined defensive play prevented Miramichi from generating sustained offense. As the game progressed, the Ramblers’ execution sharpened, and their patience began to pay off.
By the second period, Amherst broke the game open, capitalizing on special teams opportunities and sustained offensive zone time. The Timberwolves struggled to slow the pace as the Ramblers continued to strike with timely goals and confident puck movement. In the third period, Amherst sealed the win with a hard-earned marker, further asserting their control of the night.
Though Miramichi responded with two goals of their own, the Ramblers’ depth, structure, and composure remained the difference. Goaltending held strong when needed, and contributions came from across the lineup in what became one of Amherst’s most complete road performances of the season.
This victory highlights the team’s resilience and ability to rise to the occasion away from home — a critical trait as they push forward through a demanding schedule. The Ramblers leave Miramichi with confidence, momentum, and a reminder of what their best hockey looks like.
