Ramblers Sign Forward Boivin

AMHERST, N.S. — August 7, 2026 — The Amherst Ramblers are pleased to announce the signing of 2008-born forward Gabriel Boivin for the 2026-27 Maritime Junior Hockey League season.

A native of Beloeil, Quebec, Boivin is a left-shot centre who stands 6-foot and weighs 168 pounds. The 18-year-old spent the 2025-26 season with Universel Collège Quebec of the NCDC, gaining valuable experience at the junior level.

Boivin joins the Ramblers organization as a young forward with room to continue developing his game  in Amherst.

“I am very excited to join the Amherst Ramblers organization! I am looking forward to helping the team win. Can’t wait to get started!” said Boivin.

The Ramblers are excited to add Boivin to their forward group as the organization continues preparing for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Boivin will join the Ramblers as they prepare for the start of the 2026-27 season and will look to make an immediate impact with his new club.
