Corbett Commits to UPEI
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Amherst NS, The Amherst Ramblers are proud to announce that captain Mark Corbett has committed to continue his hockey career with the UPEI Panthers.
Corbett, a native of Harbour Main, Newfoundland, has been a key part of the Ramblers organization since joining the club during the 2023-24 season. Over his time in Amherst, he established himself as one of the team’s most dependable leaders and offensive contributors.
Named captain ahead of the 2025-26 season, Corbett led by example both on and off the ice. During the 2025-26 campaign, the forward recorded 29 goals and 31 assists for 60 points in 49 games, including 8 game winning goals, while also serving as one of the Maritime Hockey League’s top two-way forwards.
Corbett delivered several standout performances throughout his Ramblers career, including a natural hat trick in a road victory over the Truro Bearcats and earning MHL Forward of the Month honours during the 2025-26 season.
The entire Ramblers organization congratulates Mark and his family on this accomplishment and wishes him continued success with the Panthers.
